USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EASYPOWER ONLINE TRAINING COURSE
The following Internet site pages contain the EasyPower Online Training Course exclusively owned by EasyPower, LLC.
PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION. If you accept the following Agreement and license, EASYPOWER will provide you with nonexclusive, non transferrable limited permission to access and use the Training Course for your personal, non-commercial training use.
LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT: IN ORDER TO ACCESS AND USE THIS EASYPOWER TRAINING COURSE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
(i) The Training Course may be used only for your personal, non-commercial training use.
(ii) The Training Course may not be used for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose.
(iii) Access to the Training Course via your user login will be limited to you only. You will not under any circumstances allow your user login to be used by any other person.
(iv) The Training Course, in whole or in part, is the sole property of EASYPOWER. You may not download, print, copy, record, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, disseminate, publicly display, transmit, publish, transfer, export or re-export, license, sell, or publicly perform the Training Courses or any content or information contained in the Training Course, without the prior, express permission of EASYPOWER.
(v) You will not remove, alter, or destroy any form of copyright notice, proprietary markings or confidential legends placed upon or contained within the Training Course.
(ii) The Training Course may not be used for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose.
(iii) Access to the Training Course via your user login will be limited to you only. You will not under any circumstances allow your user login to be used by any other person.
(iv) The Training Course, in whole or in part, is the sole property of EASYPOWER. You may not download, print, copy, record, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, disseminate, publicly display, transmit, publish, transfer, export or re-export, license, sell, or publicly perform the Training Courses or any content or information contained in the Training Course, without the prior, express permission of EASYPOWER.
(v) You will not remove, alter, or destroy any form of copyright notice, proprietary markings or confidential legends placed upon or contained within the Training Course.
LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES/DISCLAIMERS: EASYPOWER will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use of, misuse of, or the inability to use, the Training Course. The Training Course is provided on an "as is" basis, and EASYPOWER disclaims any and all other warranties, conditions, or representations (express, implied, oral or written), relating to the Training Course or any part thereof, including, without limitation, any and all implied warranties of quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that the Training Course contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and U.S. copyright law. You further acknowledge and agree that all rights, titles, and interests in the Training Course, including associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with EasyPower and that YOU WILL NOT COPY OR SEND TO OTHERS VIA E-MAIL OR ANY OTHER MEDIUM ANY MATERIAL ON THE WEB SITE.
CONTACT AUTHORIZATION: By registering for, and accessing, the Course, you understand and agree that EASYPOWER may contact you in order to: notify you of Training Course updates; provide information concerning the status of your completion of the Training Course modules and assessments; and, obtain important feedback that may be used to modify and/or improve the Training Course.
